Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the JobPark platform ("Platform") collects, uses, and protects personal data. By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Data We Collect
Account data: name, email, phone number, password (stored encrypted), profile photo.
Organization data: company name, address, contact details, logo, website.
Candidate data: CVs and application form details (name, contact information, work experience, etc.) uploaded by Organizations.
Usage data: login times, browser type, IP address, in-platform activity log.
Billing data: subscription and billing history (card details are processed directly by our payment provider and are not stored by JobPark).
2. How We Use Data
Collected data is used to deliver the Service (account creation, job/candidate management), power AI-assisted features (CV analysis, fit scoring), process payments, provide customer support, monitor security, and improve the Platform.
3. Candidate Data — Special Note
The Organization that uploads candidate CVs and personal data to the Platform is the "data controller" for that data — i.e., it is responsible for its lawful collection and use. JobPark acts only as a "data processor" in this context, processing data solely on the Organization's instructions to provide the Service.
4. Sharing of Data
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared with third parties only in the following cases: infrastructure providers we use to deliver the Service (e.g., Supabase for database and authentication), AI providers used for AI analysis features, payment providers for billing, and government authorities where required by law.
5. Data Retention
Data is retained for as long as your account is active. After account cancellation, data is retained for the period necessary to meet accounting and legal obligations (typically up to 12 months), after which it is permanently deleted.
6. Security
We apply industry-standard technical measures to protect your data, including encryption, role-based access control, and Supabase Row-Level Security. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Platform uses essential cookies to maintain your session and enable authentication. These cookies are necessary for the Platform to function and cannot be disabled.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, request deletion of, or object to the processing of your personal data. You can exercise these rights by editing your data directly in My Profile or by contacting info@jpark.io. As a candidate, you may also address data requests directly to the Organization that uploaded your information.
9. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
10. Changes to This Policy
This Policy may be updated from time to time. You will be notified of material changes within the Platform or by email.
11. Contact
